Mapping Your Future created a handout to help students explore the SouthDakota.MappingYourFuture.org website in conjunction with the Council on College Admission in South Dakota (CCASD) Virtual College Fair to be held March 22-April 1. Although the handout was created with the College Fair in mind, it could be used in the classroom, too.
The handout is in the form of a short scavenger hunt and is located online at SouthDakota-MappingYourFuture-ScavengerHunt.pdf and will also be located in the Mapping Your Future virtual booth.
An answer key for educators is located at SouthDakota-MappingYourFuture-ScavengerHunt-AnswerKey.pdf.
Students (and parents) can meet with admission counselors, recruiters, and Mapping Your Future on their live video platforms during the online event. Live interaction gives students the opportunity to get important questions answered and learn more.
Technical colleges, cosmetology schools, branches of the military & universities from South Dakota and the region will be there.
Students should check with their high school counselor for registration information.
