The federal financial aid process is undergoing its first major overhaul in more than 40 years.

Because this is such an important change to the financial aid process, a consortium of South Dakota education organizations want to give you a preview of the changes you'll hear more about at the CCASD Fall High School Counselor Workshops.

Register for a special hour-long webinar to be held on August 30, at 3 p.m. CT (2 p.m. MT).  

South Dakota Board of Regents, the South Dakota Department of Education, Mapping Your Future, and the South Dakota Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators will join this webinar to give a brief introduction to several topics, including:

• FAFSA Simplification
• Board of Regents FAFSA Completion Portal Update and Opportunity
• FAFSA Completion Dashboard
• Introduction to the Enhanced OurDakotaDreams Website
• CCASD Fall School Counselor Workshop Preview
