Academic success at all grade levels is critical to college and career success.

To help students prepare for future academic and career demands, Dakota Dreams, a program offered by the South Dakota Board of Regents and the state’s Department of Education, is offering online tutoring sessions.

The Online Tutoring Program is available on-demand or by scheduling in advance.

According to program officials, tutoring sessions are a great option for students to access after-school homework help. Tutors (teachers-in-training at Black Hills State and Northern State) are available every day of the week. Program officials said tutors find that sessions are most effective when students have specific assignments to work on with their tutor.

Teachers can use this tool to send home information about the program to families.
