Maybe you have put off completing the FAFSA, the federal student aid application, because, after all, you have a million other things to do. Now, you are worried that maybe it is too late.

The short and quick answer is no, it is not too late.

If you are applying for aid for the 2022-23 academic year, you actually can actually complete the FAFSA up until June 30, 2023. However, it is always better to complete the FAFSA as soon as possible and to make note of any FAFSA deadlines that imposed by your state or by your school or college for their financial aid programs.

Make it a priority to complete the FAFSA soon so you receive any financial aid for which you are eligible.
