South Dakota included in report on challenges faced by rural students

South Dakota is among five priority states identified in a national report addressing the unique challenges faced by students in rural areas.

The report issued Thursday, Nov. 7, by the Rural School and Community Trust says that 9.3 million U.S. students attend rural schools and face challenges, such as a lack of access to advanced courses and other resources.
