Priority deadlines for South Dakota colleges

Colleges can have priority deadlines for the FAFSA to help determine who to consider for certain financial aid programs.

• South Dakota School of Mines & Technology: No priority deadline, but students should submit early. Institutional scholarship deadline is January 15.

• South Dakota State University: March 1. Note that many admissions scholarships have a priority deadline of December 15
